> For smaller events including Business Meetings, Birthday Parties, Anniversary Celebrations, Showers & more!

> Our one large banquet space holds up to 300 (Salons ABC), but can break down into 3 smaller rooms, or 2 rooms (Salon A+B or Salon B+C), please see below video for a visual

> Each room holds up to 100 guests (dependent upon layout & event activity needs)

Water's Edge gathers a Damage Deposit amount (amount based on rental type). This Damage Deposit payment will be refunded after your event, as long as you, your guests, and outside vendors stay within all rules and regulations of the signed rental agreement.
